Magann O’Rourke Loader Property Valuers and Consultants commenced operation in 1989 and is an experienced and progressive regional valuation firm based in Coffs Harbour. We provide extensive valuation assessments/advice over a broad range of property types covering the north coast region of NSW from Taree to Tweed Heads and west as far as the New England district however more specialised tasks are covered throughout NSW and southern Queensland.

Our staff are all Certified Practising Valuers and Members of the Australian Property Institute, which upholds a Code of Professional Practice, Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct and we maintain formal Policies and Procedures in relation to OHS, EEO, Privacy and TPA.

Magann O’Rourke Loader Property Valuers & Consultants are panel valuers for most of the major Australian banks and financial institutions including the four major banks (ANZ, NAB, CBA & WBC), St George Bank, Suncorp, ING, Adelaide Bank, BankWest to name just a few.

Our personnel includes 3 Valuers, 2 Office Administrators and an Accounts Clerk.

Magann O’Rourke Loader Property Valuers & Consultants does not sell real estate or act as property sales (real estate) agents.  This ensures we avoid conflicts of interest that can be perceived to occur with agency-based valuation firms.  In essence we act for our clients and provide independent, unbiased advice.
