Please note if you are a mortgage lender we will require the following information to ensure that you are covered by our policy:

• The type of your organisation (eg. a deposit taking institution, a managed investment scheme, solicitors fund, or other structure)
• Your organisation’s lending policy, particularly in regard to :
  - Type of property taken as security ie. residential, commercial, rural.
  - If your lending is on a first mortgage basis only.
  - Your maximum loan to security ratio.
